This was my first order with your company.  It only took 2 days to get here and the hat and patch look great !!!  I will not hesitate to order more from your company and to tell others about your company.  I did a lot of buying from [major competitor's name removed] but their service is poor.  I paid for a 2 day delivery and it didn't get here for 3 days.  I asked for my money back for the shipping but the answer was NO.  I sent the whole thing back and got the refund on the product but was not refunded the shipping which was $30.  I am glad I received your email, I will be buying from your company now.  A satisfied customer.

I ordered a badge a while back and I am greatly pleased. The price I paid with the FireStoreOnline was about 30 dollars less than I could find any where else. Many of my fellow firefighters have asked where I had gotten it and commented on the the badge it's self. Along with my badge I ordered two fire dept. shirts.
